THUMBWIGS · OCTOBER 8, 2026

Your preorder details.

Thumbwigs is operated by Frameshift AI Labs, LLC. We use the name, email address, designs, and quantities you submit to record your interest and contact you about availability and purchasing those designs.

What happens when you submit

Your request is sent to our team at neil@frameshiftlabs.ai and stored privately in our Azure account. Azure hosts this site and request records; our email provider, Resend, delivers the notification. We don't collect payment information on this site.

Your choices

This is a non-binding holiday preorder request, not a completed purchase or guaranteed reservation. There is no payment or obligation. Availability, shipping costs, and delivery dates will be confirmed before you decide to buy. Holiday arrival is not guaranteed.

Keeping your information

We use your details for your request and related availability messages, not unrelated promotional subscriptions. Request records are retained for up to 12 months unless you ask us to remove them sooner. We also use limited technical information to prevent abuse, including a one-way hash of your network address.

Contact us

To withdraw your request, correct your details, or ask for deletion, email team@frameshiftlabs.ai. Include the email address you used for your request.
